Andersen Housing
Andersen Housing is a non-profitable company who strongly believes that every-one deserves a second chance. We offer a much-needed support services to vulnerable people facing homelessness/domestic violence/suffering from mental health problems/ or whom are experiencing learning difficulties and ex-offenders.
We supply accommodation that is suitable for vulnerable people within most London Boroughs. When a young person is placed in one of our accommodation, our highly qualified and trained staff will share the responsibilities for doing the things that the parents generally do.
Andersen Housing staff will constantly guide its support team to work effectively so as to respond to the young person’s safety, wellbeing and developmental needs while that young person is in our care.
Our objectives are:
- To get rid of homelessness and social exclusion.
- To prevent homelessness and engrained social exclusion.
- To assist with individual recovery for the homeless and socially excluded people
Our vision is that everyone should have a safe place to live, enjoy good health, be involve in doing something meaningful, establish and maintain good relationships with each another.
Our mission is to provide housing and support to vulnerable and socially excluded people who either have been, or are at risk of, sleeping rough or homelessness.
Our aim is to assist vulnerable people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness so that they can achieve sustainable housing and improve their quality of life.

Andersen Housing provides supported living to the socially excluded, the homeless, vulnerable young people and assist them to integrate into society by the providing adequate care, support or supervision. This in turn promote their general wellbeing. Andersen Housing will also relieve the needs of those who are socially excluded and assist them to integrate into society by the providing adequate care, support or supervision. We also provide a unique approach to supported living and semi-independent living for vulnerable young people in our society.

Helping Homeless People
In order to assist the homeless, Andersen Housing will provide supported accommodation to them by providing affordable, good quality, safe and comfortable homes while giving them a chance to reintegrate into society and work towards achieving their goals and objectives.
Independent Living
At Andersen Housing we aim to provide a stepping stone to independent living to help those who may need additional support, fully take advantage of services on offer.
We believe that everyone is deserving of a second chance, and are able to work with a number of different complicated issues including but not limited to those who have mental health problems, learning difficulties and previous convictions, drug or alcohol misuse or other addictions.
